We do not engage with:

• Companies beyond Series B stage.

• Organizations lacking clarity in vision or value proposition.

• Standardized, enterprise-style consulting engagements that add little value at growth-stage levels.

Our Commercial Model

Our model is built to align with outcomes:

• Projects are scoped around a defined value outcome.

• We charge 50% of project fees only if outcomes are delivered within the agreed timeframe.

• For Seed and Series A clients, this 50% can be settled in equity instead of cash, ensuring that cash constraints don’t limit their growth potential.
